Taking care of your mind, body & soul is not a chore, despite what we sometimes think. They best way to increase our overall happiness is by making it a point to de-stress, and by focusing on self-care. Here are some ideas that are sure to jump start your new healthy lifestyle;
- Get a massage

- Eat an apple a day
- Turn off the t.v. and read a book

- Eat a yummy salad (add fun things like fruit)
- Go to bed 1 hour earlier each day
- Take a calming walk – leave your watch at home!
